So what happens if they were able to realize that he was indeed innocent? What about the 10 years he already wasted paying for a crime he did not commit. There are so many glitches and grey area in this profession that are just absurd. birth injury attorney los angeles
ReplyDeleteThe investigation time span is too long. A case like this should have minimum two years investigation because if he was innocent, then all the years he served in jail would be a huge waste.

If Jon Adrian is doubtlessly innocent, more questions will arise as to what has transpired on the incident in 1998. The case will also be back to square one.
ReplyDeleteA 10-year investigation is too long to wait for Mr. Velazquez family. Our justice system should give more effort in giving answers to new questions arising from this case.

This case is complicated. Adrian Velasquez's initial 25-year sentence could have been already spent by the time this case is solved. In example,a Las Vegas motorcycle accident lawyer could have a hard time trying to rest a case if no witnesses shall be presented in the court.
